We’re hiring a Career Coach! 🎓💼

(This is the second of two open positions; you must apply to both to be considered for both!)

The Center for Career Development and Internships at Winthrop University is seeking a Career Coach who is passionate about helping students turn their college experiences into career-ready skills and meaningful opportunities.

This is a dynamic role that combines career coaching, presenting, student development, and program management. In addition to working one-on-one with students and facilitating career readiness presentations, this position will:

✨ Hire, train, and supervise Peer Career Advisors

✨ Coordinate the Literacy Intervention Team student employment program

✨ Help students access experiential learning and career opportunities

✨ Contribute to career fairs, networking events, and other signature programs

✨ Oversee and expand our Career Closet

We’re looking for someone who is a strong relationship-builder, communicator, facilitator, and collaborator - and who is excited about using technology and AI ethically and effectively to support today’s students.
