Career Coach

The Winthrop University career center is seeking a Career Coach to join our team. Work in our state-of-the-art new career center, which will open in the heart of campus in early 2027! (This is the first of TWO opportunities; look for the second role soon.) 

If you are passionate about helping college students achieve career readiness, enjoy coordinating programs and presenting, love building relationships, and are excited about using technology to enhance career development, we'd love to hear from you. This dynamic role includes:

• Career coaching and advising
• Classroom presentations and workshops
• Social media and student outreach
• Career and networking events -
• Managing career technology tools like Big Interview 

We're looking for someone with a master's degree and experience in career services, higher education, counseling, coaching, or a related field who is committed to student success and creating an engaging, innovative career center experience. (Because there will be two different career coach roles, you must apply to both if you wish to be considered for both.)
