Join the Student Professional Development Center team, supporting Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping our undergraduate and graduate students launch successful careers. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative career programming while working directly with motivated business students in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

The Love School of Business is known for its integration of classroom learning with real-world experience, award-winning faculty, and strong industry connections. Our students consistently secure competitive internships and full-time positions with leading organizations, and you'll be instrumental in maintaining and expanding this success.

In this role, you will provide professional development support to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni of the LSB. This professional development support is conducted through 1:1 appointments/sessions in-person, virtually, and via phone, drop-in appointments, classroom presentations, and workshops. Appointments cover all facets of professional development including but not limited to resume reviews, cover letter reviews, networking, internship search, job search, mock interviews, offer discussions, career and major exploration.

The Student Professional Development Center reports through the Division of Advancement and External Affairs, and this position reports to the Senior Associate Director of Career Services in the Love School of Business.
